Four things, done properly

No freezer case, no filler. If it’s on this list she makes it herself.

Cakes

Pound cakes, bundts and buttercream layer cakes. Lemon blueberry, white chocolate, Oreo, peach cobbler, Butterfinger crunch — glazed and finished by hand, boxed for pickup.

    Cookies

    Thick, soft-baked cookies. Basic and with nuts are 3 oz; stuffed are 4 oz. Flavors: chocolate chip, birthday cake, Reese’s peanut butter, macadamia nut, Biscoff, white chocolate chip, and red velvet. Extras: Cookie Monster and red velvet monster.

      House specialty

      Candy Apples

      The thing people come back for. Crisp shell, real apple, individually wrapped. Basic, or gourmet with nuts, candy, cookies, and drizzles. Any colour, sweet or sweet and sour, matched to the event.

        Cinnamon Rolls

        Soft rolls finished by hand. Basic or classic, and gourmet. Classic glaze, Biscoff with cookie crumble, and blueberry swirl when she’s baking them.

          Hi, I’m Ashley.

          I started baking for family, then for friends, then for friends of friends, and at some point it stopped being a hobby. Now I make candy apples, cakes, cookies and cinnamon rolls to order for people who want something better than what the grocery store hands you in a plastic clamshell.

          Everything is made in small batches, to order, by me. I’d rather turn down a week than rush your cake — so if I say yes, it’s because I have the time to do it right.

          How ordering works

          Four steps, no mystery.

            Tell her what you need

            Send the date, the occasion, roughly how many people, and any photos you like the look of.

            Get a quote

            She’ll come back with a price and confirm she’s free that week. Usually within a day.

          3. 3

            Lock the date

            A deposit holds your slot. Final details — flavours, colours, wording — get settled here.

          4. 4

            Pick it up, or have it delivered

            Ready when promised, boxed. Delivery adds the travel fee for your distance.

          Delivery is charged by distance. 20 to 25 miles isn’t written down — ask when you order.
